Parties at Hero Town

We recommend no more than 30 children in the village at any one time.

What’s included:

Sole use of Hero Town and 2 staff on site running our coffee shop, hosting your party and keeping the area safe for all.

 

How your party will run:

• The party slot is for 1.5 hours and is perfect for parties without the formalities many party venues can bring.

• Parents bring along their own cake, party food and party bags for the timeslot – a few suggestions are fruit skewers, party nibbles, cookies, food boxes pre filled with a selection of sandwiches and cake.

• Children will play in the village and soft play for the first hour of your party, then come out of the play areas and into the café area for food, snacks, drinks and birthday cake for the last 30 minutes.

• If time allows, staff can assist you with any party games you have planned, or open our soft play back up for any quick eaters who wish to play again.

• At the end of the party a staff member will support you and your child to hand out their party bags as your guests leave.

• We ask that all people attending the party have left 10 minutes after the end of the party slot (at the latest) to allow our staff time to clean and tidy before the next party arrives.

• For the grown ups … our delicious hot drinks and freshly made cakes are available to buy from our little coffee shop – if parents want to set up a tab to treat their friends – this can be arranged too!
