How We Work?
Hero Town works with pre-bookable slots via our website and payment is taken via cash only on arrival. Our sessions last 90 minutes, and the last ten minute of the session is reserved for tidy-up time..
On your first entry you will be issued a loyalty card and for every nine sessions you attend you will receive your 10th entry free of charge!
Payment is cash only. We do not have a card machine onsite and cannot accept bank transfers.
Hero Town is cleaned at the end of each session before it is set up for the start of the next timed session.

Please check in to Hero Town cafe counter when you arrive before heading to play.
When booking it is important you include all persons entering the building in your 'number of participants'.
At Hero Town we share parking with our Nursery next door. If travelling by car, please park in our Nursery car park but note that parking can be very limited at busy times. Alternatively there are public car parks in Melbourne a short walk away or parking on the local industrial estate. We advise arriving at least 5 minutes prior to the start of your session so you're ready to play for your whole session.
Melbourne is also served by two bus routes, #2 and #9 that both stop locally to our centre.

We reserve the last ten minutes of each session for our allocated tidy up time, and ask that all customers leave promptly at the end of the session to allow staff to clean, tidy and reset Hero Town.
